Sign up onlineA well-cared-for aerobic system runs for decades. A neglected one racks up emergency service calls, damaged pumps, and disposal field failures that cost multiples of what routine care would have.
|
Emergency prevention
|
Small issues — a failing aerator, low chlorine, a spray head that stopped rotating — get caught on a scheduled visit instead of at 8pm on a holiday. |
|
Cost predictability
|
A flat monthly contract fee is easier to budget than sporadic service calls. And it's the compliance path for Texas OSSF requirements. |
|
System longevity
|
Aerators, pumps, and treatment media all last longer when they run in clean operating conditions. Preventive care keeps them there. |
|
Regulatory records
|
Your inspection reports are filed and available if a regulator, buyer, or lender asks. |
Every aerobic system needs periodic pumping. When sludge and scum accumulate past design levels, solids escape the tank and damage downstream components — the treatment unit, the pumps, and the disposal field.
Our vacuum service is performed with our own equipment, by our own team. We measure levels on every visit, and when your tank needs pumping we tell you — with the numbers to back it up.
Pumping frequency depends on tank size and household use. There's no universal calendar; there's what your specific tank needs, when it needs it.
Access & measure
Open the tank, measure sludge and scum, confirm the pump-out is warranted.
Vacuum extraction
Full pump-out with quality vacuum service — we don't leave solids behind.
Inspection
With the tank empty, we visually inspect baffles and interior condition — a chance you don't get any other time.
Record & report
Levels, findings, and next-service estimate documented in your Auto-Tracts account.
Aerobic effluent gets disinfected before it hits your yard. Consistent chlorine residual is a regulatory requirement — and it's the difference between properly treated water and a health hazard.
Look at the chlorinator tube every few weeks. Refill before it runs dry — undosed effluent is out of compliance.
Pool chlorine tablets have the wrong chemistry and will damage your treatment unit. Buy tablets rated for wastewater systems.
Not sure what your system uses or how often it needs a refill? Call us — the answer is in your records.
Your control panel and alarm are the system's daily health check. You don't need to think about them until they speak up — and when they do, we want to hear about it.
Silence the audible if you need to. Do NOT reset the panel or start unplugging things. Call us and describe what you heard, what light is lit, and what you did before it fired. That's usually enough for us to know what's happening.
Wet spots, odors, or standing water in the disposal area mean something's wrong. Keep pets and kids off the area and call us the same day.
Uneven spray patterns concentrate effluent in one spot. Note which head and let us know at your next visit — or sooner if it's a full outage.
